You know that feeling when your carefully planned day just kind of implodes? When someone changes the meeting time, transitioning from dry to wet to dry again means taking a shower is impossible, or your brain just decides “nope, different energy today”?
Yeah. That.
This Sunday’s workshop is all about impermanence — the thing that makes neurodivergent life feel like playing Jenga in an earthquake.
Impermanence teachings combined with mindfulness has helped enormously to cope with recovery from a near-fatal anaphylaxis, being dropped head first into menopause and the discovery that I score high on all tests suggesting I am most likely AuADHD and waiting for that official diagnosis appointment to drop. Phew! That was (and is!) a lot!
What we will be doing on Sunday is:
Starting off with Grounding techniques that work when everything feels unstable
Looking into Mindful practices for transition shock — because “just be flexible” isn’t helpful when your nervous system is screaming
Trying out a few meditation and mindfulness tools for cognitive overwhelm — when change hits and your brain goes into buffering mode
Taking some reflection writing time to see if we can spot our own patterns with how change affects us(no pressure, no performance)
This is for you if:
Schedule changes send you spiralling
Unexpected demands feel like physical pain
Your energy levels are wildly unpredictable
You need scripts/tools for when life refuses to cooperate
You’re tired of being told to “just go with the flow”
The vibe:
Low pressure. Cameras optional after intros. No recording (safe space vibes ahoy!).
Optional community chat afterwards if you have the spoons.
5pm-6:30pm UK time, online
Come as you are. Bring your beverage of choice. Let’s navigate chaos together.
P.S. If Sunday doesn’t work for you, we are here every 4th Sunday in 2026 with different themes, but the same gentle, ND-affirming space.
